1. Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Handwriting Printables online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed on our website.

2. Adult purchasers

Our products are intended to be purchased and managed by adults, including parents, guardians, teachers, and other adult educators. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Children and students may use printed materials under appropriate adult supervision but should not place orders themselves.

3. Products, prices, and payment

Handwriting Printables sells downloadable educational printables. The Complete Cursive Workbook is a 55-page printable PDF offered for $9 USD unless a different current price is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.

The total price and any applicable tax are shown before payment is completed. An order is complete only after payment is successfully processed.

4. Digital delivery

No physical item is included. A download link is sent automatically after successful payment as described in our Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and maintaining compatible PDF-viewing and printing equipment.

5. Personal and single-classroom license

Each purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or household use by the purchaser and members of the purchaser’s household, or use by one purchasing teacher in one classroom taught directly by that teacher.

The purchaser may print copies reasonably needed for the licensed household or classroom. A separate license is required for another teacher, classroom, household, school-wide program, tutoring business, or organization.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Share, email, transfer, or redistribute the PDF or its download link.
• Resell, sublicense, rebrand, or commercially distribute the product.
• Upload the file or its pages to a public website, social-media account, shared drive, marketplace, file-sharing service, or other public platform.
• Make the file available to another teacher, classroom, school, household, or organization.
• Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices.
• Copy or adapt the material to create a competing product for sale or distribution.

7. Ownership

All product files, page designs, text, exercises, illustrations, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Handwriting Printables or their applicable rights holders. Purchasing a product grants only the limited use license described above; ownership is not transferred.

8. Refunds and file problems

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Digital Product Refund Policy. If a file is missing, incorrect, corrupt, or inaccessible, contact fradley35@gmail.com so we can help.

9. Product use and results

Our printables are supplemental practice resources. Individual learning experiences and results vary, and purchasing or using a product does not promise a particular educational outcome. Adults are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their child, student, or classroom.

10. Website and order availability

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices, and download access accurate. We may correct obvious errors or cancel an order affected by a pricing, payment, or technical error. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded.

11. Responsibility and consumer rights

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Handwriting Printables is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unauthorized sharing, misuse, or device and printer problems outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and questions

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, store, or legal obligations. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes do not alter the terms of an order already completed unless required by law.
