Digital Product Refund Policy

Handwriting Printables sells digital products only. No physical item is shipped or returned.

Because access to a digital file is provided shortly after purchase and the file cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the download link has been supplied. However, we want customers to receive the product they purchased in usable condition.

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received the wrong file.
• The downloaded PDF is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open.
• The product is materially different from its description.
• Your download was never delivered and we cannot restore access.

We will first try to resolve the issue by resending the download, replacing the file, or helping you access it. If we cannot provide the purchased product in usable form, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We generally cannot refund a digital purchase solely because of a change of mind after access has been delivered. Requests are reviewed individually and do not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

To request help or a refund, email fradley35@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card or banking information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
